Expression of Wish form

An Expression of Wish form lets the Trustee know who you would like to receive any discretionary lump sum payable in the event of your death. The Trustee is not bound by this but will take your wishes into account when making their decisions.

Discretionary lump sums include:

• A return of your scheme contributions plus interest, if you are deferred member
• The balance of the five-year pension, if you die within the first five years of retiring
